Current Position

Currently as a contractor, I work as an Administrative Coordinator. Gallus Golf builds mobile apps for Golf Courses. At this position I have gained a lot of new software knowledge, such as Zoho, Trello, Confluence, and Clubhouse. My duties include submitting apps to Apple and Google, keeping our database of clients up to date in Zoho, using Google console to produce json files and server keys, coding in Javascript to create Macros for Confluence, where I document all office processes; and creating graphics in Photoshop for apps. I also assist my manager, who is an executive at Gallus, with all his administrative needs such as making calls to clients when their Apple membership has expired, creating correspondence to clients, and managing his calendar.
